given the handwringing over the distinct possibility that there will be litigation over the election results in more than one jurisdiction, how about this constitutional amendment to Amendment XII:

"In all presidential elections, the electorate shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public tabulation and certification of the vote. In disputed cases that result in eventual appeal to the Supreme Court, the victor shall be determined by which direction the Presidential Possession Arrow is pointing."
